· All  events do not take place at the Mandalay Bay unless otherwise  stated. If you are  not catching a late flight Sunday night your 3rd night hotel stay is your responsibility.

· Dress Attire during all fitness classes is workout attire.

· Check-In  begins 3PM on Friday (early check-in is not guaranteed and is based  on availability the day of)

· Checkout  is 11AM Sunday (late checkout is not guaranteed and is based on  availability the day of)

· If you fly out late Sunday you can leave your luggage the bell stand but you must check out of your room at 11AM.

· Packet Pick-Up is at Senor Frogs during happy Hour Friday May 3 6p-8p  ONLY THE            PERSON REGISTERED CAN PICK UP  WRISTBANDS AND SWAG BAGS, NO ONE CAN PICKUP FOR  SOMEONE ELSE.

· A second Packet Pick-Up will be available Saturday May 4th 8AM-9A at MANDALAY BAY CONVENTION CENTER in BANYAN BALLROOMS

Kids are allowed to attend the Fitness Jam Weekend if they are a registered paid guest only.  They       cannot attend anu of the other events. Some guest with teenagers are having the kiddos stay in the rooms during the events but that is at their own discretion
 

    o Men may attend any event at their own risk even though the event is majority women.
 

o You are required to keep up with your wristband and it must stay on the entire weekend.  It is required to enter the  all events.  There is a $250 fee to replace it.
